One of my favorites. Semi-soft and maybe a step above a popular bag cookie. I do like that the cookies come in sealed packs of 3, so I don’t have to worry about them going stale before they get eaten.

Taste Surprisingly Good

I have tried so many gluten free options, and the taste is typically so unpleasant I'll suffer the consequences and physical reactions just to eat a good treat. These? Love!! The browned butter flavor really comes through, they're not too sweet, and the texture matches the flavor of the cookie. Fantastic job on some great recipes!!
