- Are Mightylicious Cookies handmade?
- Yes. Mightylicious Cookies are small batch, hand-crafted in New Jersey.
- Are Mightylicious Cookies small batch?
- Yes. Our gourmet cookies are hand crafted in small batches and delivered to our distributors within 12 hours to ensure quality and freshness.
- Are the cookies baked?
- Yes! All of our cookies are soft-baked in small batches.
- How many cookies come in each bag?
- Each bag weighs 6.5oz — sometimes you’ll get 9 cookies and sometimes you’ll get 10. Because we bake in small batches, no cookie is the exact same size, so it just depends on how big the cookies are!
- What is the shelf-life of these cookies?
- Our cookies are shelf-stable with a shelf-life of 9 months. Our cookies do not sit in a factory, we make them and send them out as quickly as possible.
- Can I freeze them?
- Yes, we highly recommend that you freeze your cookies if you are not going to eat them right away. It preserves freshness.
- Why do you say your cookies are “healthy” even though you use sugar and fat?
- It’s important for us to use gluten-free, non-GMO, RBST-free, and all natural ingredients to ensure that our cookies are pure and clean. We believe that a gluten-free diet makes people feel better about their treats. Our cookies are 90cal and 7g of sugar per 20g serving. We make an effort to keep sugar and fat content are a very reasonable amount — but we do still believe that cookies are indulgent treats to be shared with you and your family.
Ingredients
- What are the black flecks in my shortbread cookies?
- These black flecks are the brown butter! When you brown the butter, you’re boiling off any moisture in the butter - where all that’s left is fat and whey. That whey then browns - which creates that delicious nutty flavor that brown butter has.
- What kind of sweetener do you use?
- We use pure white cane sugar, dark brown sugar, and pure maple syrup (depending on the cookie) – helping extend the shelf life and the flavor of the cookie.
- What kind of flour do you use?
- Our proprietary flour blend contains white rice flour, brown rice flour, corn starch, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthan gum and milk powder.

- While the exact number of calories will depend on which flavor you’re munching on. There are between 80-90 calories per 20 g serving (1 cookie).
- How much sugar is in your cookies?
- While the exact amount of sugar will depend on which flavor you’re munching on. There are between 6-7g of sugar per serving in our cookies (serving size = 1 cookie (20g).
- How many carbs are in your cookies?
- The exact amount of carbs will depend on which flavor you’re munching on. But there are between 14-16g of carbohydrates per serving in our cookies (serving size = 1 cookie (20g).

- Are your cookies certified gluten-free?
- Yes! Our cookies are certified gluten free by the Gluten-Free Certification Organization. View our certifications here.
- Are your cookies made in a dedicated GF facility?
- Our facility is not a dedicated gluten-free facility.
- Are your cookies Kosher certified?
- Yes! Our cookies are Kosher Dairy Certified by Kof-K. View our certifications here.
- Are your cookies peanut-free or tree-nut free?
- No, our cookies are baked in a facility that also manufactures peanuts, treenuts, and soy products. We do take every measure to ensure the safety of our customers — so our lines are thoroughly cleaned between products to prevent any cross contamination + all of our equipment is tested for nut proteins. We do recommend that every customer uses their own discretion when making decisions for their family regarding nut allergies.
- Are your cookies dairy-free?
- We carry 5 flavors that are completely egg-free: Vegan Chocolate Chip, Vegan Oatmeal Coconut, Vegan Double Dutch, Vegan Oatmeal Raisin, and our Salted Peanut Butter.
- Are your cookies actually “grain-free"?
- While all of our cookies are gluten-free, we currently only have one cookie that is 100% grain-free, which is our Salted Peanut Butter Cookie.
- Do your cookies contain soy?
- Our cookies that contain chocolate will have small amounts of soy lecithin. It is used as an emulsifier for milk powders and chocolate. It is NOT a significant ingredient. Mightylicious Cookies are crafted in a facility that also manufactures soy.
- What do you mean your cookies are gluten-free?
- Mightylicious cookies are all gluten free and do not contain wheat, rye, or malt barley.
- Are your cookies egg-free?
- We carry 5 flavors that are completely egg-free: Vegan Chocolate Chip, Vegan Oatmeal Coconut, Vegan Double Dutch, Vegan Oatmeal Raisin, and our Brown Butter Shortbread.
- If your vegan cookies are dairy free, why are they certified as kosher dairy?
- All of our cookies, including our vegan and dairy free flavors are certified as Kosher Dairy. This is because our cookies are manufactured on shared equipment so they don’t qualify for Kosher Parve.
- Are your cookies Non-GMO?
- Yes, all of our Vegan cookies are non-gmo certified: Vegan Chocolate Chip, Vegan Oatmeal Coconut, Vegan Double Dutch, Vegan Oatmeal Raisin. View our certifications here.
