Brown Butter Short Bread

I had had the oatmeal coconut cookies from a food delivery service that no longer carries them so I got the variety pack. The Double Dutch chocolate is so yummy. I can’t believe it’s gluten-free! I didn’t used to really like cookies but I can’t say that anymore. Can’t wait to try the other two I’ve never tasted.

Even if I wasn’t gluten and dairy free I would eat these incredible cookies!! Flavor, texture, size! This is now my favorite cookie ever!! Do it!!

The cookies were for my wife for Valentines Day. Of the 7 varieties she could eat 4 of them. She also has a very bad allergic reaction to palm oil so other family members ate the ones with palm oil.

All the adults sampled a cookie from each bag, and all were absolutely delicious. We got them for Valentine's day and are glad we did.

Ordered these and a couple other varieties last week. Wow, are they good. Forget that they are GF, dairy free, kosher, grain free. They are simply great, by any standard.
