Brown Butter Short Bread

The cookies were for my wife for Valentines Day. Of the 7 varieties she could eat 4 of them. She also has a very bad allergic reaction to palm oil so other family members ate the ones with palm oil.

All the adults sampled a cookie from each bag, and all were absolutely delicious. We got them for Valentine's day and are glad we did.

Ordered these and a couple other varieties last week. Wow, are they good. Forget that they are GF, dairy free, kosher, grain free. They are simply great, by any standard.

What an amazing company...about 30 days ago I read a review of the MightyLicous female owned cookie company...it said these delicious cookies were glutten free and made perservative free with only the healthiest ingredients...my son in law and my daughter are both gluuten free so I decided to order a 4 pack bundle of different flavors for them to try....I thought I picked four different flavors but to my surprise I must have screwed up the process and only one flavor, the brown butter, was sent...I Immediately called the return number and to my surprise, while they could not return already recieved cookies they would be happy to send 4 more different flavors NO CHARGE! While that is amazing in itself, the most amazing part is the flavor of the cookies themselves. The salted peanut butter were just outstanding as were the Oatmeal Coconut...we have not sampled the other two yet but based on what my family has sampled MightyLicious is the cookie for us now and in the future. I HIGHLY reccomend if you are looking for a cookie that is gluten free and tastes better than home made with great flavor and texture you quickly order some of these great value (that's right, a big bag of cookies is VERY resonably priced) My thanks to the owners of this fine cookie company for a great product and just as fabulous service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BUY THEM...you will NOT be disapointed..

I found a write up about the Mightylicious cookies in our local newspaper which gave them high marks so I was anxious to try these cookies as I have never found a gluten free cookie that I like. They did not disappoint. The brown butter short bread cookies are my favorite - great texture and flavor and not too sweet. I also like the coconut oatmeal texture and flavor but wish there was a little less sugar.
