I have tried so many gluten free options, and the taste is typically so unpleasant I'll suffer the consequences and physical reactions just to eat a good treat. These? Love!! The browned butter flavor really comes through, they're not too sweet, and the texture matches the flavor of the cookie. Fantastic job on some great recipes!!

I stumbled across Mightylicious Cookies while shopping in a out-of-town grocery store. I’m always on the lookout for gluten free snacks so I bought 1 bag to try. Two weeks later, I was on the website ordering more! To say that they are delicious is a tremendous understatement. The oatmeal raisin (my favorite cookie in the whole world) is perfectly sweet, perfectly soft, and has the perfect amount of raisins. I love that they are hand-dropped and not machine pressed. Next week’s order will include Shortbread. Can’t wait!
