Gluten Free All Purpose Flour

I've used the Mightylicious GF All Purpose Flour to substitute for regular flour to make GF desserts. This is an excellent choice and far superior to other GF flours on the market. Thanks for a lovely product--my GF friends are happy and my non-GF friends can't tell the difference!

I have tried all the GF flours - cup-for-cup, 1:1, specialty blends only available on-line and honestly, this one is different and better. Similar to traditional cake flour. Batters blend better and you would never know the end product is GF! WONDERFUL.
