Ingredients
- Mightylicious All Purpose GF Flour
- Instant Yeast (e.g., Fleischmann’s Rapid Rise)
- Salt
- Warm Water
- Olive Oil
- Toppings: Pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients on speed #2 for five minutes. Stop and scrape the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Add olive oil and mix on the lowest speed for two minutes.
- Form the dough into a ball, divide in half, and form into two separate balls. Refrigerate in an airtight container for 3-24 hours.
- Place a pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 550°F (or 500°F if your oven limit is lower).
- Lay parchment paper on the counter. Press one dough ball into a heart shape, leaving a raised crust edge. Use a dusting of GF flour if needed.
- Trim excess parchment paper to prevent charring. Transfer to the pizza stone and par-bake for 7 minutes.
- Cut pepperoni into heart shapes (folding in half before cutting makes this easy!).
- Remove crust, add sauce, cheese, and pepperoni hearts.
- Return to the pizza stone and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and the crust is golden brown.
