Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mightylicious All-Purpose GF flour
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Melted butter or oil
- 1 Egg (or ¼ cup preferred yogurt)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup milk
Instructions
- Melt butter.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: maple syrup, butter, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Add the Mightylicious GF flour and baking powder to the liquid mixture. Stir until smooth.
- Heat a greased griddle over medium heat.
- Scoop pancake batter onto the hot griddle to your desired size.
