Quick Gluten Free Donut Holes

  • Fry pan or deep fryer
  • Slotted spoon
  • Paper towels

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and spice in a bowl.
  2. Mix buttermilk with oil and egg, then pour into the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  3. In a fry pan, heat oil until hot.
  4. Drop batter by the teaspoonful into hot oil and fry for 3-5 minutes, or until balls puff and turn golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels. Roll in cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar and serve warm.
